e-Gymkhana

eGymkhana is the official platform dedicated to managing and streamlining all student activities, clubs, and events for IIT Patna's hybrid students. Similar to the regular Gymkhana, eGymkhana serves as the backbone of student governance, with a focus on digital management while still supporting offline operations when required. Designed specifically for the hybrid student body, eGymkhana ensures that all activities from joining clubs and proposing events to seeking permissions, tracking budgets, and getting approvals are seamlessly managed in a unified online system. While it focuses primarily on digital management, eGymkhana also accommodates offline engagement during campus events, like festivals and immersion programs, to ensure hybrid students remain connected to the campus culture. From handling event proposals to facilitating coordination between students, club conveners, faculty coordinators, and the administration, eGymkhana ensures that all activities are well-organized and accessible.
